These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyVibr (easyvibr.com), operated by VITARS S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. By using EasyVibr you agree to these Terms.
EasyVibr is a web-based tool that lets you create, edit, and deploy static web projects (HTML/CSS/JS) using AI-assisted prompts. The service is provided free of charge.
EasyVibr is free and will always be free. We will never charge you for core functionality. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but the ability to create and deploy projects will remain free.
You retain full ownership of all projects, files, and content you create or upload. By using EasyVibr you grant VITARS S.R.L. a limited licence to store, serve, and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You may add third-party AI API keys (Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral, Groq, OpenRouter) to your account. You are responsible for safeguarding those keys and for any usage and charges incurred through them. VITARS S.R.L. uses your keys only to make AI requests on your behalf and will never share, sell, or misuse them.

We are committed to protecting your data. We will never sell, rent, or misuse your account information, projects, API keys, or any other data you provide. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, add or remove integrations, or change the interface at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the service.
EasyVibr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VITARS S.R.L. disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VITARS S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
